Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur which can impact you making your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:

We require a deposit to hold your appointment. When you attend the appointment the deposit will be removed off your total balance.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in your deposit fee not being returned.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We understand, there may be valid reasons for cancelling an appointment. In order to be consistent with all clients, cancellation fees will only be waived in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment which includes Covid-19 treatment, a death in the family, a natural diasters or a pandemic.

Nails & Beauty By CeCe stands by our policies. For fairness to our customers, if Nails & Beauty By CeCe cancels your appointment with less than 48 hours, your next appointment will have a 20% cost reduction. If we cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours, your next appointment will be charged at a 50% reduction.
